Keith Lefkof is Senior Sales Broker of Cohen & Company, Inc. Real Estate. Mr. Lefkof has more than eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and brings with him a broad set of client relationships including institutions, private owners and REITs.

Previously, he was with Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. As senior broker in the investment sales and leasing department, he successfully negotiated numerous deals totaling more than 700,000 square feet. In 2007, he was recognized by the firm for his success and was awarded broker of the year.

Mr. Lefkofs experience includes successfully negotiating deals for the sale and purchase of shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes throughout the United States. This includes the sale of a 12 property portfolio consisting of seven grocery anchored shopping centers and five CVS drugstores located throughout the southeastern United States.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lefkof was in the hotel industry in management positions with Interstate Hotels and Promus Hotel Corporation. Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. He received his New York State real estate brokers license in 2006, and is in the process of completing his California real estate brokers license.

He is a Long Beach Auxiliary Police Department Officer and a member of the Nassau County Community Emergency Response Team. Keith is a loyal member of the Florida International University Alumni Association and SUNY Delhi Alumni Association.
