Ric Kaiser is Senior Executive Director of Cohen & Company, Inc. Real Estate. Since joining the firm in 1990, Mr. Kaiser has become one of the leading shopping center brokers in the real estate industry.

Mr. Kaiser's transaction experience is numerous and on a national scale. His client base includes national REIT's, private family trusts, and various real estate companies. Over the years he has developed his relationships with his integrity and no nonsense approach, as well as his strong analytical skills and keen market knowledge.

Mr. Kaiser's transaction experience includes working extensively as a broker to Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, a national REIT, successfully completing sales to the REIT of over $250,000,000 in property value. His efforts with DDR were primarily with Wal-Mart anchored shopping centers and the sale of power centers in Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey. These sales represented the largest power center transactions completed in these markets at that time. More recently, Mr. Kaiser was awarded an exclusive assignment and successfully sold a portfolio of five shopping centers in Kentucky.

Mr. Kaiser resides in Long Beach, New York. He is happily married with two children. Mr. Kaiser has volunteered his time coaching baseball and soccer. He is a lifelong Yankee fan, is an active athlete, and enjoys summers at the beach.
