Jonathan is nothing but open and encouraging when it comes to helping clients and colleagues learn and grow. For him, that means spending time with them when they reach out with questions, having conversations that lead to a better understanding on all sides.
Since he began his career in 2004 in the investment management industry, Jonathan has been dedicated to the service of investment companies. His deep expertise includes accounting, audit and financial reporting issues affecting various investment company structures and strategies, including domestic equity funds, bond funds, money market funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), alternative investment funds, tax-free funds, business development companies, master-feeder funds and closed-end funds. Jonathan’s specialized expertise also includes fair valuation and pricing issues, fund mergers and review of client tax provisions.

Jonathan lives in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, with his wife and daughter. Living in a “leafy suburb,” he is passionate about gardening — experienced in both natural, woodlands style gardening as well as cottage gardening.
