Mike Dellavalle, CPA, CFA^®

Mike believes the key to unlocking a successful professional relationship begins with respect — respecting clients’ time and their needs. He takes pride in delivering a quality work product, including managing expectations and proactively communicating throughout the project. Staying on top of investment industry and digital asset trends is also important to Mike, so he can help clients better understand their potential impact.

A rising leader in the financial services industry, Mike leads the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences Group. This highly technical industry team works with the digital asset ecosystem of funds, fund managers and administrators, as well as a broad range of privately funded and venture-backed clients, including software, medical device, life science and advanced manufacturing companies. 

With approximately 10 years of experience, Mike also directly services clients, providing assurance and advisory services to all types of investment companies, including hedge, venture capital, private equity and registered funds. He serves investment advisers, hedge funds, venture capital funds and similar service providers in the digital asset space. In addition to accounting experience, Mike has co-founded multiple start-ups in the digital asset space, both on the business and computer programming side. Using his unique blend of experience with investment companies and digital assets, he uses his specialized skillset to help clients adapt in response to new challenges while operating in this continuously evolving industry.

Mike lives in Ivyland, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children. He enjoys sports of all kinds, including football, golf and getting outdoors for just about anything fun. Mike and his wife are avid travelers who have visited several foreign countries and have almost completed their quest to visit all 50 states.
