Stacy D’Artagnan, CPA, MBA

Stacy is known for building and maintaining strong relationships. Her open, outgoing personality allows her to effortlessly apply a personal touch to her professional relationships, which in turn helps her better serve clients. 

Stacy has served the investment management industry, including both registered and unregistered investment companies, as well as registered investment advisers and securities broker-dealers, since she began her public accounting career in 1999. Her knowledge of investment companies encompasses both open- and closed-end funds, funds with multi-class structures and fund-of-funds. Stacy also has extensive experience with exchange-traded funds (ETFs); money market funds; equity funds; international funds; and bond funds, including mortgage/asset backed securities. She regularly works with various financial instruments and derivatives, including credit default swaps, total return swaps and futures contracts. She has also assisted numerous clients with SEC registration and reporting forms, mutual fund start-ups and fund mergers. Regarding unregistered investment companies, Stacy has significant experience with the complex accounting, audit, financial reporting and partner allocation issues related to these vehicles.

Stacy resides in Chesterfield, New Jersey, with her family. She is an active volunteer with the Girl Scouts of America and is a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
