Josh has a knack for great client service and an ability to communicate issues, provide consistent follow-up, and work with other service providers to keep his clients’ businesses running smoothly in times of flux.
Josh advises S Corporations, partnerships and C Corporations in the manufacturing and transportation industries. He also works with service companies, including start-ups, on a variety of tax issues. One of his focus areas across industries is helping clients maximize the research and development (R&D) tax credit. On a daily basis, Josh advises complex client groups that consist of multi-entity and/or tiered structures. These client groups usually include multi-generational and diverse ownership groups, such as managers, families, investors and private equity. He approaches situations from a business perspective and helps simplify tax-related concerns — such as buying or selling a business or working with owners on strategic succession planning issues — while keeping daily operations moving.
Josh lives with his wife and daughter in Tallmadge, Ohio. He enjoys time with his family and friends, and also loves to travel. Josh and his family make an effort each year to head down to Florida, and they already have three trips to Disney under their belt!
