Greg balances his natural inclination as a skeptic and contrarian — a great skill set for an auditor — with compassion and genuine concern for clients and colleagues. His approach makes a difference to the experience clients receive when working with Greg.
Since beginning his public accounting career in 2003, Greg has been dedicated to the service of registered and unregistered investment companies, investment advisers and securities broker-dealers. Greg’s specialized knowledge includes the accounting, audit and financial reporting issues affecting international funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), currency funds, alternative funds, fund-of-funds, bond funds, precious metals and other commodities trusts, hedge funds and private equity funds. His expertise related to financial instruments and derivatives includes complex and simple swaps, forward currency contracts and private investments. Additionally, Greg focuses on monitoring developments from the SEC, PCAOB and FASB to learn of new and upcoming regulatory changes that will impact clients.
Greg resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their two daughters and dog. Originally from the Poconos, he loves spending time outdoors. Greg is also a skilled craftsman and woodworker and has completed several projects in his home.
