We launched our Milwaukee office — our first outside Ohio at the time — in 2011 with one manager and two staff accountants determined to make the city Cohen & Co’s home. Fast forward to 2026, and our growing team sits in the center of downtown Milwaukee’s business district, a location designed for productivity and work-life balance. Just steps away find the Milwaukee Art Museum, Lakeshore State Park and Discovery World, as well as nearby Henry W. Maier Festival Park, home to SummerFest and countless local festivals throughout the year. The office is also within walking distance of the Historic Third Ward — a vibrant neighborhood known for its restaurants, boutiques and creative energy.

This close-knit group is known for its competitive spirit and fun team-building activities, such as whiskey tastings and chili cook-offs. Each summer, the interns plan an outing for the entire Milwaukee team to attend a Brewers baseball game. The event has become a “fan” favorite at the office, with colleagues from other offices often traveling in for the fun as well!
