We opened our Troy office in 2026 when we welcomed Gordon Advisors to Cohen & Co. A short drive from Detroit, the highly sought-out suburb is known not only as one of Michigan’s most desirable areas to live, but as a hub for business, technology and retail. Troy is home to over 6,000 companies, including Fortune 500 and technology firms, and to the Somerset Collection mall of more than 180 upscale stores. Our Troy office blends a strong work ethic with a fun, people-first culture. Team members enjoy a few unique perks, including a slushy machine that has become a favorite gathering spot, monthly birthday celebrations, weekly massage and yoga sessions, teamwide “spirit days” and even bingo during busy season. It’s a workplace that makes space for both collaboration and community.
Our office has always supported our community, packaging food boxes for those in need through Forgotten Harvest, serving on a variety of not-for-profit boards, and participating in numerous other charitable events and activities.
