Ted knows how to maintain the balance between keeping things light and focusing in deep when it’s crunch time. Always curious, he keeps up on tax legislation as it evolves so he can inform clients and help them understand the practical application to their business.

Ted started his public accounting career in 2017, serving as an adviser to clients on both buy- and sell-side transactions. He specializes in deal structuring, helping minimize tax liabilities and calculating potential tax savings. The clients he works with hail from a variety of industries, including private equity, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, infrastructure, technology and life science, and insurance companies.

Ted lives in Chicago, Illinois, with his wife and their dog. Ted enjoys playing tennis and staying active in other ways, such as playing golf and practicing yoga. He also has an interest in technology, economics and history — the latter of which he enjoys reading about in his spare time.
