Beginning his public accounting career in 2006, Adam is a sought-after technical resource among clients and colleagues given his unique ability to talk about complex tax concepts using everyday terms. He focuses on tax compliance and planning for private funds, particularly family investment vehicles and the overall impact on owners and beneficiaries. Adam also services hedge, private equity and venture capital funds, as well as management companies, special purpose vehicles, co-investment vehicles and blockers. Having spent four years as a tax director for a fund administrator, he has a unique perspective of how important an integrated accounting process is to providing timely, impactful tax services. Adam’s range of private fund experience includes stand-alone funds (domestic and offshore), incubator funds, master-feeder funds and fund-of-funds. His patience and desire to help others shine through when advising start-up funds and investment advisers on the issues they face at this unique stage.
In addition to spending time with his wife, two daughters and dog, Adam likes to travel and explore new places or simply relax and enjoy their Lakeside, Ohio, cottage. Adam and his family live in Independence, Ohio.
