The individuals’ areas of expertise span across multiple services and industry verticals, including Office of the CFO, private fund and private company taxation, and assurance.

Jason Arce, Partner
Jason’s nearly 20-year career spans working for global and national accounting firms, as well as for a significant global banking institution. Specializing in taxation for private funds, Jason has a depth of expertise in a variety of alternative investment, private equity, partnership, FATCA and foreign withholding issues. He is a licensed CPA in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is also an Enrolled Agent. Jason earned his M.S. from Northeastern University and a B.S. from University of Rhode Island.
Jeff Harnden, Managing Director
Jeff has spent more than 20 years in industry roles and public accounting, including working in the national technical accounting practice of a global accounting firm. He conducts a variety of outsourced CFO services for both private and public companies. Jeff’s key areas of expertise include financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, consolidation accounting, lease accounting, business combinations, impairments, deal structuring and internal controls. A licensed CPA in Ohio, he earned his B.S.B.A. from The Ohio State University.
Satish Katikala, Partner
Spending nearly two decades in large accounting firms, Satish is a tax adviser across the alternatives landscape. His background includes proactive tax planning, efficient fund level compliance and investor focused reporting. Satish’s specific expertise includes ECI, FDAP, UBTI, IRC Section 1061 and self employment taxes, as well as structuring strategies such as domestic blocker arrangements, master feeder structures and offshore planning. An Enrolled Agent, Satish earned his M.B.A. from Sri Venkateswara University and his B.S. from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
Adam Magaña, Managing Director
With two decades of experience, including roles in public accounting and fund administration, Adam is a tax adviser for private funds, particularly family investment vehicles. He also serves hedge, private equity and venture capital funds, as well as management companies, blockers, start-up funds, advisers and more. Adam’s experience includes stand-alone (domestic and offshore), incubator and master-feeder funds, as well as fund-of-funds. A licensed CPA in Ohio, Adam earned his M.T. from The University of Akron and his B.S.B.A from Bowling Green State University.
Chaim Miller, Managing Director
Chaim has spent almost three decades advising, leading, and building finance and operations functions within the alternative investment space. He delivers in-house and external CFO and accounting solutions to start-up and emerging fund managers, primarily hedge funds, private equity, fund-of-funds and family offices. Chaim specializes in fund launches, advising on fund formation documents, structuring operational workflows and partnering with best-in-class service providers. He is a licensed CPA in New York and earned his B.S. from Queens College.
Dario Savron, Partner
Dario has two decades of global accounting firm experience providing assurance services to public and private companies. He works with private equity funds and their portfolio companies, U.S. locations of foreign-led companies and family owned businesses. He also has expertise in executing financial due diligence and advising clients on internal controls. A licensed CPA and attorney in Ohio, Dario received his J.D. from CSU College of Law. He received his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and B.S.B.A. from John Carroll University.
