Easygoing and approachable, Jeff takes a holistic approach to just about everything. He wants to know clients as people, including who they are and what they do. Similarly, from an accounting perspective he steps back to view client issues in their entirety, helping to identify comprehensive solutions that truly fit each client’s particular business needs.
Beginning his public accounting career in 2003, Jeff is a seasoned financial executive with experience in industry and accounting firms — including working in the national technical accounting practice of a global accounting firm. He primarily leads project teams that execute a variety of outsourced financial reporting and technical accounting projects for clients, including preparing accurate and timely financial statements and advising private and public companies. Jeff has worked across industries, such as metals, industrial manufacturing, automotive, gaming, insurance, real estate, and technology and life science. His key areas of expertise include financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, consolidation accounting, lease accounting, business combinations, impairments, deal structuring and internal controls.
Jeff resides in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, with his wife and their son. He enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team in the spring and playing golf whenever Northeast Ohio weather allows. Jeff and his family are known to fanatically cheer on all Cleveland sports teams, especially the Guardians and Ohio State (a dedicated alum). However, they also enjoy culture and travel, trying not to miss any of the Broadway series at Playhouse Square each year and traveling to new destinations.
