Tracy Campbell

More than 30 years in administrative roles at Cohen & Co has taught Tracy what it takes to help keep the firm running like a well-oiled (and motivated) machine. She uses her positive energy and capacity to skillfully address any issue to lead the firm’s facilities and admin operations team, and to promote the firm’s culture.

Tracy focuses primarily on the firm’s facilities, leading renovations and build-outs for offices throughout the firm’s footprint. She frequently serves as project manager, working closely with the firm’s architects, furniture vendors and contractors. She also plays an integral role in assisting with M&A transitions. A long-time employee of the firm, Tracy’s varied background also includes leading the firm’s administrative team and assisting with the creation of learning and development programs. She developed and led the firm’s “new manager training program,” helping employees prepare for leadership roles, and the new hire program, helping new employees better understand client expectations.

Tracy and her husband reside in Copley, Ohio, where they stay busy with their first grandchild. Tracy’s passions include growing her already large shoe collection and voraciously reading whenever she can. A professed animal lover, she has been “mom” to a variety of rescued animals, including several elderly hospice dogs. Her favorite vacation spot is Hilton Head, a destination she tries to visit at least once a year (but will manage a second trip when she can)!
