Aaron Ferlotti, CPA

Aaron is honest and relatable in his approach to working with clients. He possesses strong relationship building skills, is efficient and is always available to clients. As a result, Aaron gathers key information in a timely manner to keep your transaction and post-transaction financial reporting on track.

Since beginning his career in 2015, which includes managing a family office-backed platform company, Aaron has spent the majority of his time advising on buy- and sell-side transactions in industries such as consumer and industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, technology and SaaS, and aerospace and defense. He focuses on quality of historical earnings, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, closing procedures and working capital requirements to help maximize value. However, Aaron also has specialized expertise in post-integration accounting. He and his dedicated team help businesses, often those acquired by private equity, with the challenging financial reporting window immediately following a transaction close. Aaron assists companies with purchase accounting, transaction true-ups, GAAP implementation, consolidations and financial reporting advisory. He also aids clients in onboarding with the new private equity owner, allowing company management to focus on their strategic growth initiatives.

Aaron lives with his wife in Miami, Florida. He typically spends his weekends on the beach or traveling to different cities. A Cleveland native, Aaron of course still likes to watch the Cleveland Guardians on his off time, and he enjoys playing tennis and trying new restaurants.
