Always ready and willing to answer questions to foster transparent working relationships, Adam leads with humility and knows he can learn from others as much as they can learn from him. His personal approach to client service is built on collaboration and establishing a mutual trust, which has proven to deepen relationships and ultimately future opportunities.
Starting his public accounting career in 2001, Adam has experience in both global and regional firms. He focuses primarily on delivering federal, state and transactional tax compliance, provision and advisory engagements for public and private equity owned entities. His specific areas of expertise include ASC 740, FIN 48, tax credits and compliance engagements, as well as IRS audit strategy. Adam works with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, consumer products and technology.
A resident of Rostraver Township, Pennsylvania, Adam and his wife are the proud parents of three girls and three boys. He jokes they are a “living example of the Brady Bunch, but without (a much needed) Alice.” When he can carve out a little free time, he enjoys a quiet ride on the lawn mower, classic cars, golfing or reminiscing about his high school football days. One of his favorite memories is the year his team made it to the state playoffs nearly three hours away — the same day of his sister’s wedding. After the local newspaper covered the predicament, Adam received an offer from a nearby pilot, who ultimately flew him from the family wedding to the second half of the state championship!
