Beginning her public accounting career in 2011 at a global consulting company, Agata offers extensive tax experience to a variety of clients. She works with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), asset managers, private equity funds, real estate companies, sovereign funds and other global funds. Her primary specialty lies in tax returns, qualification issues and due diligence for REITs, as well as real estate partnership tax returns. Agata has additional experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, international transaction tax issues, PFIC analysis, and U.S. tax consulting and compliance for foreign hedge, venture capital and debt funds.

Agata lives in Fort Lee, New Jersey, with her family and their cat. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and visiting fine art museums around the world.
