Alice brings a friendly, client-focused approach to her work that builds long-term relationships. Also known for her strong attention to detail and organizational skills, she is always looking for ways to improve internal processes and drive workflow efficiencies — efforts that translate into a smoother, more valuable experience for clients.

Starting her public accounting career in 2016, Alice has developed deep expertise in corporate taxation. Her technical focus lies in tax planning and compliance for businesses across the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, real estate, construction and private equity industries. Additionally, Alice regularly supports private equity portfolio companies, advising on complex tax matters throughout the investment lifecycle. She has experience with ASC 740 tax provision preparation and review, as well as transaction-related tax considerations, including due diligence and structuring.

Alice resides in Cleveland, Ohio. A former Division I diver at The University of Akron, she values an active lifestyle and has a strong passion for longevity and well-being. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring photography and interior design, and traveling to visit family and take in new sights — especially in warmer climates.
