Always showing up with a professional, friendly and determined attitude, Alli is dedicated to client service and getting the job right. She diligently communicates with clients to stay on top of matters and listens to what they need.

Alli began her public accounting career at a global firm in 2020. She specializes in providing transaction services, primarily to clients in the private equity space. Alli works on both buy- and sell-side transactions, focusing on quality of historical earnings, working capital requirements, purchase price adjustments, historical margin analysis and beneficial reporting metrics.

Alli was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and still lives there today — now with her husband in the house they built in the suburbs. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts and traveling. Alli’s favorite destinations are anywhere with a beach, but her honeymoon destination of Italy holds a special place in her heart.
