Anthony brings decades of experience serving clients — including as the founder and managing partner of a CPA firm in Westchester, New York — in the areas of outsourced accounting, financial reporting and tax services. Today, he provides accounting and financial reporting advisory support to both public and private companies, specializing in complex, transaction-driven matters such as de-SPAC transactions, business combinations and SEC reporting. He works closely with management teams, boards, auditors and legal counsel to deliver practical, well-supported solutions.
