Bryan is a hands-on strategist who would rather show clients a working solution than a slide about one. Direct and genuinely curious, he digs into how a business actually runs before recommending anything and gives leaders a clear point of view rather than a menu of options. Clients value that he can sit with an executive team to set direction, then roll up his sleeves and build alongside their people — all while keeping his advice grounded in what technology can genuinely do for them rather than what it promises.
Bryan brings a rare combination of business and technology depth. Starting his career in 2008 at a global professional services firm, he gained deep, practical experience in business analytics, product and solution development, managed services and artificial intelligence. His AI background includes designing scaled delivery solutions and setting AI strategy, including hands-on work delivering agentic AI in production. At Cohen & Co, Bryan leads the development of AI-enabled solutions within the firm’s Office of the CFO Group. His work sits at the intersection of AI and finance in the middle market, where the conversation is shifting from modernizing the finance function to operating it. Bryan helps CFOs, controllers and private equity sponsors move beyond one-time transformation projects to finance functions that run as modern, AI-enabled managed services, pairing automation with deep finance expertise to deliver faster closes, stronger controls and better insight.
Bryan lives just outside Pittsburgh in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their three teenagers. A lifelong skier, he has passed the sport on to the whole family, and their favorite trips head west to the mountains. Closer to home, Bryan stays involved in his local sports community and is an avid, if streaky, golfer.
