Brynn started her public accounting career in 2021, originally focusing on assurance before transitioning to transaction services. She works with both private companies and private equity, specializing in buy- and sell-side transactions, quality of earnings (QoE) reports, purchase price adjustments, working capital requirements and deal closing procedures.

Originally from Cleveland, Brynn now lives in Chicago, Illinois. She enjoys spending her free time exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, taking walks and reading. Brynn is also a baseball fan, with a life goal of visiting every MLB stadium.
