Craig Frankford, CPA

Craig is adaptive in his approach to building relationships and working with a variety of clients in the private company world. He may tell a good joke or share a laugh, or just get down to business, depending on the client and the situation. Either way, Craig always will put in the extra effort to get the job done.

Craig works primarily with private equity owned partnerships based in the manufacturing, distribution and professional services industries. Assisting them with complex tax planning and technical issues, he also offers expertise on complicated transactions that arise during the sale or acquisition process. Craig has conducted tax due diligence on the sell-side of transactions upwards of $200 million and also has experience with both asset and stock purchase acquisitions.

Craig resides in Avon Lake, Ohio, with his fiancée and daughter. He enjoys traveling to warm destinations whenever possible and is an avid Cleveland sports fan and Cleveland Browns season ticketholder. Craig is always up for trying a new brewery or distillery, or just spending time with family and friends.
