As a small business owner herself, Donna understands the angst and decision processes owners of closely held businesses go through. Donna builds instant rapport, owner-to-owner, allowing her to help clients through their challenges.

Since beginning her public accounting career in 1992, Donna has become well-rounded in tax compliance and planning for partnerships, S Corporations, individuals, private foundations, not-for-profits and trusts in several industries, including real estate, manufacturing and professional services. Today, Donna primarily serves real estate and investment management entities, focusing on flow-through entity transactions and tax planning for partnerships, LLCs and corporations. She conducts year-end analyses of clients’ tax situations to identify opportunities reduce tax liabilities, taking into account business tax planning goals.

Donna, her husband and their two grown children love to travel. Twice a year, they make an effort to visit a warm, tropical destination. Donna highly recommends experiencing the sunsets in Jamaica. And while she has gone swimming with sharks and dolphins, she much prefers relaxing on the beach. Donna and her family live in Brunswick, Ohio.
