Enes is a curious, hands-on builder who believes the best ideas surface through honest conversation, not polished presentations. He is direct in his advice, energized by ambiguous and complex problems, and equally as comfortable discussing client service with a partner as he is debating technical architecture with an engineer. Enes listens before he leads, convinced that technology only matters when it makes people's work better, not the other way around.
Enes has a 20-year career leading artificial intelligence and automation transformation across global financial services, public sector and retail — building enterprise AI Centers of Excellence, designing responsible AI governance frameworks and guiding executive teams through the full crawl-walk-run journey of AI adoption. As Director of Innovation, Enes is the strategic leader driving enterprise-wide adoption of responsible, value-creating AI and automation solutions across the firm. He partners closely with practice leaders to align AI initiatives with business strategy and translate that strategy into measurable client and operational outcomes. Specifically, Enes combines deep, hands-on expertise in use case discovery, AI and automation design, data engineering, RAG-based knowledge retrieval, agentic AI architectures, governance, and security with the communication and influence required to make AI safe, scalable and central to how the firm serves its clients.
Enes lives in Weehawken, New Jersey, with his family and their young daughter. He likes to spend his spare time cycling, hiking and traveling — usually with his daughter along as the family's unofficial ice cream critic. He is also an enthusiastic builder outside of work, often experimenting with new AI tools and platforms long after a reasonable hour.
