Jami Blake, CPA

Providing great client service is extremely important to Jami, which is why she responds quickly to questions and needs regardless of her workload or schedule. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Jami’s incredible attention to detail and her honest and timely feedback on any issues or concerns. 

With over 25 years of experience in the firm's Assurance Practice, Jami’s commitment to technical excellence and quality control never waivers. As technical director for the firm’s privately held clients, she performs a vast number of the firm’s technical reviews of private company financials and is often the go-to person for consultations on complex accounting and auditing issues.

Passionate about continual learning, Jami obtains substantially more continuing professional education (CPE) credits than what is required of a CPA. She also assists in creating the training and development curriculum for the firm’s Assurance Practice, co-leads and often instructs at the firm’s year-round training events, and leads the department’s annual internal quality inspection review process and its triannual external peer review. Additionally, Jami conducts financial statement and employee benefit plan audits for clients in a variety of industries, with a specialization in manufacturing and construction, and offers valuable consulting advice related to business development and growth.

Jami has been a lifelong sports fanatic, with baseball season and March Madness being her favorite times of the year. She also enjoys listening to audiobooks and is heavily involved in her church and local community. Jami and her husband have two grown sons and live in Salem, Ohio.
