Jamie Fitzpatrick

Known for her consultative and relationship driven approach, Jamie takes great pride in helping professionals navigate a career change. She brings both deep industry knowledge and a genuine understanding of the personal considerations that accompany any transition.

Over the past decade, Jamie has focused on executive level recruitment across audit, tax and advisory, including previously leading the recruiting function for a global accounting firm. She partners with firm leaders to thoughtfully navigate career transitions, leadership succession and strategic talent decisions. Beginning her own public accounting journey in 1995 as an auditor, Jamie uses her unique background as a foundation for her recruiting work — her true professional calling.

Outside of work, Jamie is an active volunteer with the Iowa Donor Network, honoring the life and legacy of her son. She also enjoys watching her daughter grow and flourish as she pursues a nursing degree. Jamie values time spent with family and friends, whether cheering on the Indiana Fever, enjoying a good Netflix series, or playing with her three great nieces and nephew.
