Jill Bardwell, MSAIT

Jill is passionate about delivering results, both externally and internally. Leading with curiosity and resourcefulness, she seeks opportunities to serve as a leader. Jill not only adds value to clients’ reporting capabilities but also develops streamlined processes to help her team function.

Jill started her career in public accounting in 2009. Her primary experience lies in preparing consolidated monthly financial statements, processing annual audits and coordinating the production of other reporting requirements for real estate companies. She works with entities that hold an array of asset types, including industrial, office, multifamily and student housing. Jill also assists clients’ independent auditors in preparing annual audit reports and detailed financial statement footnotes, and in establishing policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP and NCREIF PREA reporting standards.

Jill lives in South Barrington, Illinois, with her husband, two daughters and dog. She has a deep-rooted love for travel and exploring, but also likes to cook and host friends on the weekend. Though most weekends, you can catch Jill on the sidelines of her daughters’ soccer games.
