Joe Tassi, Jr., CPA

Joe’s laid-back demeanor, combined with his strong work ethic, fosters strong and collaborative relationships with clients. His prompt communication and reliability ensure clients always feel supported and prioritized.

Beginning his public accounting career in 2017, Joe brings experience from both public accounting and the private sector, previously serving as a tax accountant for local businesses before transitioning into a corporate accounting role with a large industrial real estate company. In his current role, he primarily focuses on assisting clients with their real estate fund accounting needs, including deal management, annual audits and consolidated financial reporting for clients and their investors. Joe works hand-in-hand with clients’ internal finance and accounting teams as well as their outside auditors to help ensure timely, accurate and efficient financial reporting under GAAP reporting standards, whether on a fair value or historical cost reporting basis.

Joe lives in Chicago, Illinois, with his fiancée and is excitedly preparing for their wedding this September. He is a lifelong Chicago Bears fan who enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. In his free time, Joe enjoys playing guitar as a creative outlet.
