John Wallach, CPA

John’s attention to detail and self-starter, resourceful nature make it easy for him to enter into a situation and quickly identify synergies and opportunities for improvement. He naturally loves to learn and share his knowledge for the benefit of clients and colleagues.

John started his public accounting career in 2018. Originally working in assurance, he now specializes in providing advisory services to real estate companies. He primarily works with these entities on operational matters, including property management accounting, financial reporting and long-term forecast planning. John also has prior experience working on the industry side of real estate at a development and management firm, giving him a greater understanding of business operations and reporting guidelines.

John and his wife reside in Lakewood, Ohio, and he enjoys experiencing the outdoors, typically at higher elevations, but still frequents Cuyahoga Valley National Park. He also loves experimenting in the kitchen or on the grill, following his wife’s lead as the resident sous chef.
