Keith Klodnick, CPA

Keith’s take-charge attitude coupled with his years of experience acting as a “sounding board” for businesses has helped clients work through many key business and planning issues. As an adviser, Keith sees more than just numbers and provides clients with real business insight.

Keith’s principal area of expertise is advising privately owned businesses, overseeing audits, reviews, tax planning and providing business consulting. His clients have a strong emphasis in service-related companies, manufacturing, insurance, broker/dealer, wholesale and distribution industries. In particular, Keith acts as an outside “CFO” for many of his clients. He saves them money by helping them with business issues concerning buy-sell agreements, life insurance analysis, IC-DISC implementations, retirement plan reviews, securing bank financing, and retirement plan analysis and restructuring to help owners maximize their contributions.

Keith has always loved sports. From little league, to becoming a four-year letter winner and co-captain of The Ohio State University Baseball Team, to coaching his two kids’ teams for more than 15 years during their childhood, sports is an integral part of Keith’s life. These days he focuses on golf, playing anywhere, anytime. His other interests include the theater and traveling throughout the U.S. and Canada. Residents of Brecksville, Ohio, Keith’s wife is also the proud owner of L’Nique Specialty Linens, the largest specialty rental linen company in Northeast Ohio.
