Starting his public accounting career in 2011, Mike has led complex audit and attest engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, and professional services. His experience spans organizations with annual revenues from several million dollars to over $1.2 billion, giving him a unique perspective on the financial, operational and governance issues that impact businesses at every stage of growth. Drawing on public accounting experience with both regional and international firms, Mike brings a global mindset and practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals. In addition to audits, reviews and other attest services, he advises clients on high impact topics including business combinations (ASC 805), lease accounting (ASC 842), income tax provisions (ASC 740), revenue recognition (ASC 606), inventory costing and employee benefit plans.
