Nick focuses on partnership tax issues for a variety of clients in the real estate industry, including retail, self-storage, commercial and telecommunications. Specifically, he assists them with tax adjustments, partner correspondence and tax compliance deadlines. Nick’s other areas of expertise include waterfall and other special partnership allocations, partner redemptions and partnership liquidation, as well as like-kind exchanges.

Nick resides in Massillon, Ohio. He loves sports — whether he is rooting for the Atlanta Falcons and Cleveland’s teams, or playing tennis and frisbee golf. Nick also enjoys taking in the roller coasters at Cedar Point and vacationing on a beach just about anywhere.
