Nicki Banzen

Nicki is passionate about delivering quality work to and building strong relationships with clients, generally an easy task thanks to her fun and easygoing nature. She strives to understand businesses from their perspective, approaching each engagement holistically and guiding clients, as well as her own team, to adapt as needed. An adept listener, Nicki also uses her ability to pick up clues from client conversations to identify anomalies and the root of an issue, helping them ultimately find a better solution.

Nicki’s public accounting career began in 1996 and has focused on real estate investment, real estate operating companies and investment fund accounting, including preparing monthly consolidated statements and annual audit reports. Although she has experience in both commercial and retail real estate, most of her career has centered around multi-family real estate investment, development and management. Nicki has had the opportunity to participate in all phases of real estate throughout her career, including underwriting, due diligence, acquisition and operations dispositions.

Nicki resides in Schaumburg, Illinois. She enjoys various outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and paddle boarding. Nicki also enjoys Pilates, reading detective novels and picking up new Excel skills.
