Nicole Petruska, MS

A former auditor, Nicole transitioned to human resources after discovering her passion for talent acquisition when she assisted with campus recruiting events. She strongly believes in creating a culture of work-life harmony and balance, focusing on teamwork, collaboration and bringing your authentic self to any situation. Nicole encourages her team to think outside of the box and voice their ideas, a strategy aimed at helping the firm maintain its position as the Employer of Choice in the accounting industry. 

Nicole oversees the firm’s talent acquisition team. She leads recruitment for experienced hires and onshore contractors, and supervises campus hiring. Seeing talent as a driver of growth, she focuses on fostering an engaged talent market, nurturing connections and building a proactive pipeline. With expertise in employee relations, talent management, recruitment strategy and project management, Nicole streamlines processes and elevates the internal stakeholder and candidate experience.

A mom of three, Nicole lives in Mars, Pennsylvania. She enjoys cheering on her boys at their baseball games and encouraging dance moves — both on and off the field! Nicole also loves spending time with her daughter, who she refers to as her “mini me,” and hanging out with family and friends around a fire with good food and stories.
