Rachel leads the firm’s early career recruiting team and oversees Cohen & Co’s award-winning internship program. She brings a strategic approach to early career talent, focusing on building the talent pipeline, strengthening stakeholder partnerships and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the firm’s culture and standards.
Rachel lives in Monaca, Pennsylvania, with her daughter, son and their menagerie of pets: two dogs, a bearded dragon and lots of fish. She loves serving as the coach (and number one fan) of her kids’ various sports teams. Beyond the day-to-day activities, Rachel and her family enjoy traveling and camping.
