Rory serves as a strategic adviser to C-suites and boards navigating high-stakes regulatory enforcement, sensitive corporate crises, complex disputes, and evolving governance and compliance challenges. He helps clients cut through complexity to uncover clear, defensible facts and insights. Through direct partner-led oversight, Rory helps clients move from uncertainty to clarity, delivering practical recommendations that protect value, mitigate risk and support confident, strategic decision-making.

Rory began his career in global professional services in 2005, including a five-year international secondment in London where he led complex cross-border engagements. Today, he advises multinational corporations, board committees and external counsel on preparing for, responding to and remediating significant corporate challenges. Rory’s areas of expertise include forensic accounting and financial investigations; disputes and litigation support; fraud risk management; anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC), anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime compliance; ethics and compliance programs; investigative and reputational due diligence; crisis response and remediation; and C-suite advisory services. Rory leverages advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and technology-enabled investigative techniques to uncover meaningful connections across vast data sets, complex organizational networks and multifaceted business relationships. Throughout his career, he has liaised directly with major international regulatory and law enforcement agencies on high-profile matters, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO), UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Saudi Arabia Capital Market Authority (CMA). Rory’s sector experience spans a range of highly regulated industries, including financial services, energy and infrastructure, technology and life sciences.
