Scott Wilms, CPA

Scott’s great attitude and friendly demeanor make him easy to work with. This goes a long way with clients, as does his ability to manage client expectations, remain responsive to their needs, and multitask to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Scott began his public accounting career in 2015. Leveraging more than a decade of experience providing assurance services, Scott now primarily advises organizations on technical accounting, financial reporting and internal control matters through the Office of the CFO Group. In his role, he provides audits, compilations, reviews, agreed-upon procedures and internal control consulting, technical accounting research, accounting memorandum preparation, financial statement preparation and consolidation support, and other complex accounting and reporting initiatives.

Scott resides in Poland, Ohio, with his wife, son and daughter. When he’s not pursuing his passion for all things accounting, he enjoys spending time outdoors, working on home improvements and repairs, gardening, exercising and spending time with his family.
