Stephen understands the importance of clear, frequent communication. Clients appreciate his proactive approach, attentive listening style and high level of responsiveness.

After beginning his public accounting career in assurance in 2016, Stephen transitioned to advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. He primarily focuses on quality of earnings, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, closing procedures and working capital requirements. Stephen works with a variety of private company clients, including professional services, manufacturing, consumer and industrial products, and retail.

Stephen resides in Cleveland, Ohio. He loves sports — whether he is playing tennis or soccer in his free time or cheering on his favorite teams. Stephen especially loves attending Cleveland Browns games and even made a trip to Wimbledon one year!
