Vihar Patel, CPA

Vihar’s quiet confidence comes across loud and clear as he rolls up his sleeves to work with clients on the numerous financial details that impact their organizations on a daily basis. A significant part of his measured approach includes communicating and collaborating with client and internal teams, building trust and mutual respect that result in genuine relationships.

Beginning his public accounting career in 2018, Vihar primarily works with property management companies, assisting with their monthly accounting needs and preparing financial statements. Additionally, he works closely with clients to help them maintain compliance with lender requirements, administer partner distributions and manage cash flow. Vihar is also involved in lease administration and year-end tenant reconciliations, and offers clients expertise in efficiently and effectively using industry-leading real estate software.

A resident of the western suburbs of Chicago, Vihar not only enjoys sports, but also the sport of playing strategic board games. One of his favorites to tackle is Settlers of Catan, involving sharp planning and resource management skills. Another form of relaxation for Vihar is simply spending time with his nephew, enjoying a walk with the toddler or pushing him on his bike.
