Wayne Armstrong, CPA

When a client reaches out, Wayne not only responds as soon as he can, but he does so with an honesty and openness that immediately puts clients at ease. Detail- and results-oriented, he always strives to provide excellent service. 

Prior to beginning his public accounting career in 2019, Wayne gained two years of experience in the real estate industry as a property accountant, where he prepared and maintained meticulous records of financial transactions for a portfolio of industrial and office properties. He uses that experience, coupled with extensive experience in GAAP and income tax basis reporting frameworks, to help him perform audits for a broad range of real estate clients. He works with commercial, residential, hospitality and development companies. Wayne has also performed audits for properties ranging from those in the development stage to dissolution.

Wayne lives in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He loves spending time in nature, hiking and running — even running a few marathons! Wayne also enjoys traveling and visiting the national parks. His favorites include Yosemite, Zion and the Grand Canyon.
