Wesley Skupski, CPA

Wesley’s down-to-earth personality makes it easy for him to connect with everyone he meets. He is naturally inquisitive and wants to learn as much as he can to help find solutions that exceed clients’ expectations.

Wesley uses his background in tax and real estate to dive into process improvement areas so business owners can spend less time in the details, and more time developing their business. After starting his career in Cohen & Co’s Investment Industry Tax Group, he became the controller of a real estate company focused on development and construction. This role outside of public accounting helped Wesley better understand the operational needs of a business. Currently, he focuses on working with real estate clients on issues, such as financial reporting, budget/cash flow analyses, and implementation of process improvements.

Wesley enjoys any and all sports — whether he is rooting for the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes or playing basketball and golf. He also loves traveling the globe and immersing himself in different cultures. Wesley’s favorite trip was to Italy, where he proposed to his now wife on the island of Capri. Wesley and his wife reside in Ohio City, Ohio.
