Zach’s approachable personality helps him connect with clients, quickly learning their needs and discovering how to formulate tailored solutions. Always driven to provide high quality work, he is deadline oriented and ready to work through any unforeseen challenges collaboratively.
Beginning his public accounting career in 2021 in assurance at a global firm, Zach transitioned to M&A work, advising clients on buy- and sell-side transactions. He specializes in quality of earnings (QofE) reports, working capital requirements, historical margin analysis, purchase price adjustments, acquisition integration and post-close budgeting. Zach primarily works with clients in the automotive, professional services, construction, home services and manufacturing industries.

A Northeast Ohio native, Zach lives in Columbia Station with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active. A former football player for the Miami University RedHawks, Zach also loves supporting his alma mater and attending Browns games.
