Alissa remains focused on providing investment industry clients with deep technical knowledge, a thoughtful approach and practical solutions in a timeframe that suits each client’s needs.
Alissa joined the firm in 2014, after spending 18 years in the tax departments of two Big 4 firms. She is involved in the review of annual income tax provisions, proposed excise tax distributions and funds’ income tax returns. Alissa also helps with reviews of RIC quarterly and annual qualification tests and consults with clients when issues arise on these. She has a range of clients from single start-up equity funds to large fund families that have many alternative investments.
Alissa loves traveling, particularly to St. Lucia and St. Croix in the Caribbean because of the welcoming people and a phenomenal wine tasting experience she once had. She also has a passion for cooking and baking, preparing for Thanksgiving dinner as if it were her annual “Super Bowl” of entertaining. Alissa lives in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
