Brian makes it a goal to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and an ability to seamlessly blend analytical and innovative solutions into every challenge. Clients know they can rely on his unrelenting effort, yet he still keeps it light with quick wit and dry humor.
Beginning his public accounting career in 2006, Brian specializes in financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, carve-outs and divestitures. He also has extensive experience in quality of earnings (QofE) analysis, working capital requirements and purchase price adjustment mechanisms. Brian primarily works with clients in the manufacturing, real estate and construction, transportation, wholesale and distribution, consumer products, and trade and service businesses industries.
Brian lives in the Lake Country area of Wisconsin, with his wife and three kids, who he enjoys coaching in their various sports teams. An outdoorsman and sports enthusiast in his own right, Brian carves out time to play basketball, hunt, golf, boat with his family on Nagawicka Lake and downhill ski — most memorably in the French Alps. He’s also a die-hard fan of the Detroit Lions and Michigan State University basketball; his youngest son’s middle name is Izzo, named after Hall of Fame Coach Tom Izzo.
