Exceptional client service is the number one goal for Dave. He knows the importance of always being there for clients and takes great pride in using his knowledge of taxation and the alternative investment arena to provide them with the best service possible.

Beginning in 2007, Dave has spent his entire career focused on taxation of the alternative investment industry. He works with clients ranging from start-ups to large well-established funds, including all types of hedge funds, commodity pools, fund-of-funds and private equity funds. Dave’s expertise also spans the gamut — from the taxation of different types of financial products to the proper structuring of alternative investment funds and their related entities. Additionally, he has extensive experience in filings for foreign entities in the private fund space, as well as FATCA and CRS compliance.

Dave lives in Fallston, Maryland, with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Ravens and Orioles.
