Gerard Sablich

Gerard’s ability to get along with just about everyone and keep the mood light with jokes and good humor is one of the reasons clients find him a pleasure to work with. Also a passionate problem solver, he’s often the first person others turn to for help, and Gerard takes pride in offering that help whenever he can.

Gerard has worked in public accounting, providing advisory services to real estate companies, since 2012. His specialty is preparing monthly draw reports for clients to send to capital partners and lenders, including invoices, project budgets and sworn statements. Prior to working in public accounting, Gerard spent over 25 years working with developers in the private real estate sector in a variety of roles, from analyst to vice president of asset management.

Gerard was born and bred in Chicago, Illinois, and lives there still with his wife and two kids. His main passion outside of work and family is music, and he enjoys all genres. Gerald also has a love for high-quality sound and considers himself an audiophile.
