She now provides advisory services to real estate developers, specializing in construction draw management, working closely with clients to prepare and submit formal requests for funds from capital partners and lenders. Having worked with a wide variety of lenders on projects across the country, Sarah has significant experience navigating diverse draw formats, documentation requirements and funding processes.
Sarah lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with her family and their two dogs. When she's not working or chauffeuring her two teenagers, she's happiest outdoors — hiking, fishing or curled up with a good book by the lake. Her family’s favorite getaway is their lakeside cabin in northern Wisconsin, where they take every opportunity to head "Up North" and enjoy the slower pace, fresh air and quality time that comes with it.
