An individual who loves to laugh, engage and is always up for a good discussion, Andrew is steadfast when it comes to client service. He takes a reflective view when working with diverse segments of the financial services industry, acknowledging the current landscape, anticipating what lies ahead and identifying how both situations impact client needs and financial reporting requirements.
Andrew has gained broad and deep assurance and advisory experience in the financial services industry since beginning his public accounting career in 2002 at a global accounting firm, where he led and served as quality reviewer for significant engagements in the private equity and broader asset management space. Specializing in assurance services, Andrew works with asset management firms, banking institutions, capital markets and private equity firms, including both U.S. SEC registrants and private enterprises. His specific expertise includes financial accounting, financial analysis and reporting, audits, financial modeling, internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance. He has assisted clients with capital raising activities, including registration statements, supported strategic transactions and advised on technology enablement initiatives. As part of his role, Andrew also advises C-suite executives and boards on critical accounting, financial reporting matters and emerging risks, including cyber, regulatory and industry trends.
Andrew lives in Wheaton, Illinois, and enjoys the Chicagoland sports scene — rooting the hardest for two sons’ teams across several sports. He and his wife are proud alums of Indiana University and have not finished celebrating the first national championship win in the football program’s history.
