Margaret Thayer, CPA

Margaret is a dynamic professional, known for her depth of character, approachable nature and reliability. She combines professionalism with a personal touch to foster an open and collaborative environment for both clients and colleagues.

Margaret began her public accounting career in 2014 at a global firm. She has a wide range of experience providing assurance services for most types of investment company structures — both registered and non-registered — including open- and closed-end mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), fund-of-funds, money market funds, collective investment trusts, and managed and variable separate accounts. Margaret’s expertise includes fund accounting, reporting and disclosure considerations, custody examinations under Rule 17f-2 and 206(4), and supporting clients through accounting implementation and transition periods.

A Colorado native, Margaret lives in Littleton, Colorado. She enjoys skiing, hiking Colorado "14ers," baking, and being a self-described "super-aunt" to her four nieces and nephews who always keep her on her toes.
